One of my favorite things to do is stroll along the banks of the Arakawa River, especially during sunset. You’ll often see people out walking their dogs, and it’s a great opportunity to say hello.

If you’re working remotely, you can pop into one of the co-working spaces. Everyone’s really friendly, and you'll quickly find yourself chatting with other creatives. Also, don't miss the chance to grab some 'aperitivo' style snacks in the evening – it is the perfect way to unwind and meet new faces after a day of work or exploring the colourful poppy fields.
